To keep your bashes and entertaining stress-free or if you have plans of chilling with a cold, refreshing drink in a tall glass we have got ideas to make drinks a fun and fresh affair. Trust us they look as good as they taste besides adding some fruity fun to your bubbly with some light ingredients will do you much good. Get inspired by these refreshing cocktails and mocktails. Sous Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, Sheraton Hotel New Delhi, gives us two tantalizing drinks to sit back and relax at home or please guests of all ages that we assure won’t ruin your healthy eating plan! 3 C Martini (Chili Cinnamon Chocolate)

Yield: 1 portion
Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Dark chocolate sauce 10ml
  2. Polish vodka 45ml
  3. Sugar syrup 5ml
  4. Cream 2 ml
  5. Chili Red 1 no.
  6. Ginger 2g
  7. Cinnamon 1 stick
  8. Lemon Juice 5ml
  9. Chocolate powder 5g
  10. Ice to shake

Method:

  1. Infuse the vodka with cinnamon, ginger and chili and keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Strain the vodka.
  3. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Double strain the drink from the strainer, meanwhile rim the glass with chocolate powder.
  6. Strained into a chilled martini glass.
  7. Garnish with chocolate cigar and chili.

CHA-SHA (Chocolate Irish) Mocktail

Preparation Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  1. Apple Juice 100ml
  2. Strawberry 3
  3. Chocolate Syrup 10ml
  4. Irish 10ml
  5. Whipped Cream 30g
  6. Vanilla Ice Cream 50g
  7. Ice to shake
  8. Cherry to garnish
  9. Chocolate cigar 1

Method:

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir for 30 seconds.
  3. In a glass, put some crushed ice, add some diced strawberry, strained the drink into a chilled hurricane glass.
  4. Top it up with whipped cream, garnish it with chocolate cigar, strawberry and cherry.
