Cellulite is a free-floating fat cells or normal fat that deposits under the skin. 1. Coffee Scrub
Coffee can work wonders for cellulite. A scrub made out of ground coffee can improve blood circulation and provide exfoliation too. The amount of caffeine in the coffee can help tighten the skin making cellulite fade away. You can make a scrub by mixing coffee grounds, sugar and olive or coconut oil and scrub away using firm pressure for fine skin. You may do this thrice a week for good results.

2. Coffee Wrap
Do this wrap therapy twice a week for results. You may take half cup ground coffee and extra virgin olive oil and merge into a paste. Heat this mixture for a few seconds and apply the warm mixture over the cellulite and cover it with a plastic wrap. Leave it on for half an hour before rinsing with warm water.

3. Coconut Oil

This oil is excellent for skin inside out, it provides moisture and improves skin’s elasticity. You can massage the cellulite area with coconut oil as it helps decrease cellulite to a major extent and smoothens it as well.

4. Juniper Oil Massage
Juniper has detoxifying properties and reduces fluid retention. You can mix about 16 drops of juniper oil with ¼ cup of olive oil and massage the mixture on the area for a few minutes. Doing this twice a day will give you good results.

5. Apple cider vinegar

This one is a magic potion. Apple cider vinegar has minerals, potassium, magnesium and calcium that helps in flushing out toxins and water retention in the body. You can take one part apple cider vinegar with two parts water and a spoon of honey, mix it all up and massage this mixture on the cellulite. Leave it on for about half an hour and rinse.

6. Olives

Olive oil for meals and same for the body topically? Olive oil is a natural emollient that provides a long lasting shield of moisture to keep skin smooth and supple and helps in cellulite control.



7. Black Pepper

Black pepper burns fat, stimulates circulation, increases metabolism, and flushes toxins from the body. Extract containing tetrahydropiperine has the exclusive property of enhancing dermal permeation of the natural bioactives.

8. Dry brushing
This one is a rage in makeup and works for cellulite too! We are all aware dry brushing sloughs off dead skin cells and can improve blood circulation. A brush with natural bristles is all it takes meticulously in your leisure time and watch them fade over time.

9. Staying hydrated
Water is no secret to healthy, firm and smooth looking skin. If you are not hydrating enough it can make cellulite appear more prominent. Drinking 12 glasses of water each day besides treating yourself to water-rich fruits like watermelons, cucumbers, apples can do the trick.

10. Massage

Similarly, sea weed is a natural exfoliating agent, seaweed stimulates blood circulation, improves skin texture and flushes harmful toxins from the body and reduces the appearance of cellulite.

For this you can take five tablespoons of ground seaweed, one-fourth cup each of sea salt, extra-virgin olive oil, a few drops of any kind of essential oil and mix it all up.
