LeBron James has weighed in on the latest Donald Trump scandal by describing exactly what is discussed in his team’s locker room.
In a video released by his team on YouTube, the Cleveland Cavaliers star spoke candidly about what he termed “locker room talk”, saying: “We don’t disrespect women in any shape or fashion in our locker room.”
So what do the current NBA champions talk about in their locker room?
“Sporting events that happened the night before, family, strategies that we may have that night, about a highlight that may have happened,” James says.
“You know, if there was a home run in the bottom of the ninth, an alley-oop dunk from a player the night before.”
Republican presidential nominee Trump was caught speaking about groping women in a 2005 video released last week. Trump has referred to the exchange between himself and Billy Bush as “locker room talk”.
James called what Trump defines as locker room talk “trash talk” when asked about the incident.
