<p>Over 60 adverts in Clapham Common tube station have been replaced with photos of cats.</p>
<p>Yes, you read that correctly. Cats.</p>
<p>The idea is to break away from all the commercial advertising that sometimes swamps the City and to create a peaceful happy place instead – so, of course, cats perfectly fit the bill.</p>

<p>That, and the takeover is part of the Citizens Advertising Takeover Service (also known as Cats).</p>
<p>The moggies are a mixture of Battersea Dogs &#038; Cats home and Cats Protection residents, as well as pets sent in by members of the public.</p>
