Alleged ISIS Twitter accounts identified by Anonymous are being suspended

hacktivist group Anonymous has now posted a list of Twitter accounts online&comma; which it claims are linked to the terror group – and Twitter has begun suspending them&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In a huge data dump on website Pastebin&comma; claiming to be by the secretive hacker group&comma; the Twitter handles of more than 900 alleged &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ISIS supporters and militants” were listed alongside a message reading&colon; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ISIS Supporters and Militants&comma; We Are Anonymous&comma; We Do Not Forgive&comma; We Do Not Forget&comma; Expect us&excl;”<br &sol;>&NewLine;Since the posting&comma; many of the accounts have been suspended by Twitter&period; Though their links to Isis can not be verified&comma; some of those still active appear to express support for the group through both text and images&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Twitter declined to comment on the accounts&comma; but the social media site’s official policy says&colon; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Users may not make threats of violence or promote violence&comma; including threatening or promoting terrorism&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In the earlier video message&comma; Anonymous said the group would &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;hunt” down Isis&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go&period; We will launch the biggest operation ever against you&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Expect massive cyber attacks&period; War is declared&period; Get prepared&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go&period; We will launch the biggest operation ever against you&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Expect massive cyber attacks&period; War is declared&period; Get prepared&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The group has also shared links on Pastebin with information on how to find Islamic State-linked accounts and report them in order to get them removed&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The group has also tweeted plans to stage major cyber attacks on militant websites&comma; and claims to have passed information to rebels fighting Isis in Syria&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>As a result of Anonymous activity&comma; an alleged guide to ISIS supporters on how to avoid being hacked has also begun to circulate on social media – having been spotted by the London-based think-tank the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The guide called Anonymous &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;idiots” and listed five ways to avoid being hacked&period;
