Place chicken strips in a mixing bowl&period;
<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Add the salt&comma; ginger&comma; garlic and green chilli paste and mix well&comma; ensuring the marinade gets rubbed into the chicken pieces&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Keep aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>
To make the oat crumb&comma; place oats in a food processor&comma; and process for 20 seconds or until coarsely ground&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>
Add flour&comma; salt&comma; pepper&comma; garlic powder and herbs&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Pulse to make a coarse powder and spread out in an even layer in a plate&period;
<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>To cook chicken tenders&comma; heat a pan and brush with oil&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Take each chicken strip&comma; dredge in oat mixture and place on the hot pan&comma; ensuring it is completely flat&period;

1 Stock cube &lpar;optional&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>1 tbsp Kitchen King masala
<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>1 tbsp Salt<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>3 cups Water<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>2 cups Instant oats<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>
2 tbsp Coriander&comma; chopped<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ol>&NewLine;<p><u><b>METHOD<&sol;b><&sol;u><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ol>&NewLine;<li>Heat the oil in a saucepan&period;
Add the ginger&comma; garlic and green chilies&period; Sauté for 1 minute&period;
<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Add the chopped onions&comma; celery&comma; carrots and peas and mix well&period; <&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Sauté for 2 minutes or until the onions become translucent&period;
<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Add the crumbled stock cube if using&comma; kitchen king masala&comma; salt and mix well&period;
Pour in the water and stir well&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Simmer till the vegetables are just cooked and the water is boiling&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Be careful not to overcook the veggies&period;
At this point add the oats and stir well&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Cook on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Taste and adjust seasoning as required&period;
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<p>
