		</div><p>Barclays says its systems are &#8216;recovering&#8217; from technical issues which stopped some UK customers making payments.</p>
<p>The problem began yesterday, and has been blamed on routine maintenance scheduled to coincide with the clocks going back.</p>
<p>Barclays insists it was an internal issue, though, and not the result of a cyber attack.</p>
<p>Concerns about cyber security are running high after hackers stole data from TalkTalk last week.</p>
