<p>The Gnomeo And Juliet actress stars as ballerina Elise in the sci-fi adventure with Matt Damon, which sees the couple sprinting around New York.</p>
<p>&#8220;I had this chicken-arm flapping about &#8211; thank God I caught that &#8211; and I have to wear the stupidest sandals, I can hardly keep up,&#8221; she revealed to Empire.</p>
<p>&#8220;There have been a couple of close calls when I almost got dragged across Sixth Avenue.&#8221;</p>

<p>Running wasn&#8217;t the only thing Emily had to perfect for the role. She also had to undergo months of ballet training.</p>
<p>&#8220;I literally had never done it in my life. I had to do four months of boot camp, swept out of my comfort zone,&#8221; she admitted.</p>
