		</div><p><b>According to case ruled in the High Court, that is not the case, however many feel that the decision made on June 23rd is being overruled.</b></p>
<p>The EU referendum one of the greatest moments in British history in total number of voters recorded, has lead Britain to leaving the European Union. However, due to the members of the remain side, it seems that the brakes have now been placed on the decision.</p>
<p>Gina Miller, an investment manager at SCM Private and leader of the &#8216;so-called&#8217;, Peoples Challenge, brought the case to the court which would require that the Prime Minister would give MPs a vote before triggering Article 50.</p>
<p>She told Sky News: “This is in no way to obstruct the Government’s timetable for Brexit. There is a legal process that needs to be followed to ensure certainty.</p>
<p>“You can’t have on one hand, Parliamentary sovereignty being won back, and at the very same time ignore it. This is much much more fundamental than that.</p>
<p>“This is about saying ‘can a government, any government, take away somebody’s rights or diminish them without Parliamentary scrutiny’, it just can’t happen, that’s what the courts have said today.”</p>

<p>Nigel Farage has warned of &#8220;public anger&#8221; if a &#8220;betrayal&#8221; of the public&#8217;s wishes follows a landmark High Court ruling on Brexit.</p>
<p>Writing on Twitter shortly after judges ruled the government must consult parliament before beginning the official process of leaving, the outgoing Ukip leader said: &#8220;I worry that a betrayal may be near at hand.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I now fear every attempt will be made to block or delay triggering Article 50. They have no idea level of public anger they will provoke,&#8221; he added.</p>
