		</div><p>The camera woman, who was last month filmed kicking refugees in Hungary, is to launch legal action over the incident.</p>
<p>Petra László did apologise at the time, however she has now told a Russian Newspaper she will sue one of the refugees, claiming he has changed his story about the incident.</p>
<p>In a separate action Ms László is taking Facebook to court over claims the social media outlet has refused to remove abusive content aimed at her.</p>
<p>She says the incident has become an issue of honour for her family.</p>
