		</div><p>The so-called Islamic State claims it has executed one Chinese and one Norwegian hostage.</p>
<p>The militant group released images of the hostages in an issue of its English-language magazine Dabiq.</p>
<p>The men were Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad from Oslo and Fan Jinghui from Beijing.</p>
<p>China has promised to &#8220;bring to justice&#8221; those responsible.</p>
<p>Fan Jinghui, who was kidnapped in September, is the first person from his country to be killed by the terror group.</p>
