		</div><p>The subject of politics is one that is avoided due to lack of interest. However, with this year EU referendum it seems the British public has immersed themselves into what the government is really up to.</p>
<p>In just under a fortnight, Britain will be faced with the biggest decision of the century, so far. The EU Referendum. Over the past week alone, we have seen defenses from the #remain and #leave campaigners, each providing some sort of reason as to why the public should vote for them.</p>
<p>But, in life there is the fine line between a smooth campaign, a bad campaign, and just a completely weird one.</p>
<p>Just recently after the ITV debate, featuring Boris Johnson and Nicola Sturgeon, a rather shrewd advert created by Pro-EU supporters, promoting a &#8216;viral&#8217; sex film featuring Boris Johnson swinging on a Miley Cyrus-style wrecking ball. #Sexit.</p>

<p>Of course, the video plan was completely scrapped.</p>
<p>Vote Leave chief executive Matthew Elliott told the newspaper: &#8216;We’ve had Project Fear now, Project Leer. Is there any depth the [remain] campaign won’t sink to?&#8217;</p>
<p>But it doesn&#8217;t stop there, after all, all the sex parodies in the world could not over take the impressive performance by an audience member, who attended the BuzzFeed townhall even streamed live on Facebook. After he stated that as a conservative, he was taken by the &#8216;pacifying effect&#8217; the EU had on him, Prime Minister David Cameron, answered questions from the audience.</p>

<p>Clearly angry remain supporter, Yasmin Morrissey, openly stated how she hated the Tories and branded the Prime Minister as &#8216;Dodgy Dave&#8217;.</p>
<p>“I hate the Tories. I have just got to say you have f***** every f****** thing up in this country.</p>
<p>“You have screwed students, you have screwed the disabled, the vulnerable.</p>
<p>“I mean, seriously, I have heard you want to take back the Human Rights Act and everything as well.</p>
<p>“I can totally believe that. I wouldn’t put that past you at all, dodgy Dave.”</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a sad day in politics if this is the response you can get from supporters of your cause. The reaction just says it all.</p>

<p>The gobsmacked prime minister, with little to respond with, had just taken a shocking blow to the remain campaign. It is no wonder he had recently stated that he was &#8220;very concerned&#8221; about the outcome of the EU referendum.</p>
<p>After the debate it got worse for #remain campaigners as a new poll showed that #Brexit was ahead 10 points at 55% with 45% voting to stay.</p>
<p>The editorial team also ran a poll on our twitter on each major debate this past week, and our readers voted whether they wanted to stay, remain, or even undecided.</p>

<p>Regardless of what the accurate poll is, With under two weeks left, it will take a lot to close the gap between remaining in the EU, and leaving for good.</p>
