Most couples make love more on a one-week holiday than during two months at home, according to a survey.
More than half of respondents said they had sex 10 times during a seven-night holiday, the poll by travel agent www.sunshine.co.uk found.
Yet 57% claimed they only made love once a week while at home.
The survey was based on responses from 1,927 people aged 21 who were in a relationship and had a one-week holiday with their partner in the last two years.
Only 1% said they were not intimate on holiday, but 9% claimed to have made love twice a day.
While some felt they had more sex because they were more relaxed, 11% felt they had to be more intimate than they were back home.
As many as 67% of those polled said they never argued at all while on holiday, while 54% said they argued in some way at least once a day with their partner when they were home.
