		</div><p>The death toll from the bombing of a Médecins Sans Frontières hospital in Afghanistan has increased to 22.<br />
The charity says it believes a war crime has been committed.</p>
<p>Three children and 12 aid workers are among the dead from Friday night&#8217;s bombing.</p>
<p>MSF is calling for a full and transparent independent investigation into what happened, it has now withdrawn from the area after its centre was attacked yesterday morning.</p>
