		</div><p>A judge in Massachusetts has refused to throw out a defamation suit against Bill Cosby.</p>
<p>It means a case brought by three women who say the entertainer sexually abused them can move forward.</p>
<p>In a separate development, 29 Cosby accusers have been interviewed on US TV about their allegations.</p>
<p>The 78 year old denies any wrongdoing.</p>
