<p>Paris Hilton&#8217;s boyfriend is facing criminal charges following his arrest with the celebrity socialite on the Las Vegas Strip.</p>
<p>Cy Waits, 35, is charged with being under the influence of marijuana and driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.</p>
<p>The former nightclub mogul could face up to four years in prison.</p>
<p>Police say an officer stopped the sports utility vehicle that Waits was driving on August 27 last year after smelling marijuana smoke coming from the vehicle.</p>
<p>He will be arraigned on February 17.</p>
<p>Hilton is serving a year&#8217;s probation after pleading guilty to cocaine possession and obstruction charges over the same incident.</p>
