Season the cavity and insert the spring onions&comma; ginger&comma; garlic&comma; star anise&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>On outside of chicken&comma; rub Chinese 5 spices&comma; oil&comma; salt and pepper&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Place it on a roasting tray&comma; and roast for 40 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Prepare the roasted potatoes&comma; Scoop out the potato balls out of the potato or just chop the potato roughly&period; Boil them for 3-4 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Heat olive oil in a pan&comma; add garlic&comma; ginger and dried red chili&comma; add the potatoes sauté them till light golden colour&comma; add spring onions&comma; soy sauce&comma; sesame seed oil&comma; honey&comma; lime juice&comma; salt and pepper&period; Potatoes are ready&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Check on chicken&comma; to know IF its ready insert a fork around the LEG&comma; if it penetrates easily then chicken is ready&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ol>&NewLine;<blockquote><p>Focaccia&colon; add flour&comma; salt&comma; yeast&comma; olive oil&comma; warm water to make soft dough&period; Cover the dough with cling film or damp cloth and keep to rise in a warm corner of your kitchen for around half an hour&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees for around 20 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>After your dough is doubled in size&comma; take it out in a baking tin&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Spread it according to the shape and size of baking tin&period; Then press holes in the dough with the help of your finger around 3 cm apart&comma; across the dough&period; Plug in the rosemary leaves in the holes&comma; you can also use&comma; olives or sundried tomatoes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Drizzle over lots of olive oil&period; And bake for 25-30 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>After its golden brown on top&comma;
