		</div><p>Most employees believe they would be more productive if they could split their working week between home and the office, according to a new study in the UK.</p>
<p>A survey found that four out of five workers would favour working from home two days a week.</p>
<p>One in five bosses preferred their staff to do a traditional 9-5 day, while a handful said they did not trust employees to work away from the office.</p>
<p>Hammonds Furniture said its research showed that half of bosses were happy for their staff to work from home.<br />
More than 1,000 workers and managers were surveyed.</p>
