<p>Searchers found the body of David Ruhl yesterday near the so-called &#8216;Frog Fire&#8217;.</p>
<p>A state of emergency has been declared in Northern California because the blaze is spreading so quickly.</p>
<p>Hundreds of people have been forced from their homes.</p>
<p>Thousands of firefighters have been deployed to help bring the fire under control.</p>
