<p>Some yoga studios in the US are offering their own jobless benefit: free classes.</p>
<p>With national unemployment just below 10%, $20 (£13) yoga classes don&#8217;t qualify as necessities for many unemployed people who&#8217;ve pruned luxuries from their budgets.</p>
<p>So now, in studios in New York, Columbus, Ohio and other US cities, former managers, laid-off limo drivers and other jobless people can turn to free downward-facing dogs to ease the stress of being out of work.</p>
<p>Some yogis &#8211; like Zack Lynn of Yoga On High in Ohio &#8211; say they don&#8217;t want unemployed people to have to choose between food and yoga.</p>
<p>They say breathing exercises can cut through the stress of job interviews and post-stretching tea-time is good for networking.</p>
