History has it that lemon&comma; trusted by the Romans was a cure for all poisons&period; This may not be proven medically but the citric acid and vitamin c in lemons work to boost your immunity&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Mint has one of the highest antioxidant capacities of any food hence its versatile use as herbs&comma; spices&comma; candies and a host of beauty products&period; Mint leaves have a refreshing taste and known for it’s medicinal qualities in the treatment of the common cold and indigestion&period; Modern research has confirmed that mint can help stop colitis and irritable syndrome&period;
