<p>Firefighters have rescued a teenage girl who got stuck in a basketball hoop.</p>
<p>The 14-year-old was trying to squeeze through the hoop as a challenge but got into trouble halfway through after her clothes bunched up and stopped her moving.</p>
<p>One of her friends called firefighters, who arrived on the scene at Wallyford Community Centre in Wallyford, East Lothian, at around 7.45pm on Wednesday.</p>
<p>They used a ladder to climb up and smooth out the teenager&#8217;s clothes so she could wriggle free.</p>
<p>Lothian and Borders Fire Service said the girl suffered no injuries apart from to &#8220;her pride&#8221;.</p>
