		</div><p>Talks on the Syrian crisis begin in Geneva today, as the country marks five years of unrest.</p>
<p>An estimated 250,000 people have lost their lives and millions of people have been displaced.</p>
<p>The aid agency GOAL will place an artwork rocket structure Dublin city centre today to highlight the ongoing suffering of innocent civilians in Syria.</p>
<p>David Williams of GOAL says nothing has really changed.<br />
He said: &#8220;Fighting is still continuing and the rockets are still being sent down on civilian areas.</p>
<p>&#8220;They are bombing hospitals, they are bombing schools and marketplaces. They are killing innocent people so nothing really has changed.&#8221;</p>
