<p>Kelsey Grammer says his wedding to British air stewardess Kayte Walsh will be a &#8220;private affair&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Frasier star, 55, told People that the couple were &#8220;in love&#8221;.</p>
<p>He said: &#8220;Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer. &#8220;</p>
<p>The star, who is divorcing his wife Camille Grammer, told People: &#8220;We are planning something we wish to be a private affair among several of our friends. Anything else is conjecture and false. Kayte and I are the only reliable source for this story. End of story.&#8221; </p>
<p>Kayte, 29, suffered a miscarriage in the autumn after the pair had announced that she was pregnant with their first child.</p>
<p>Kelsey has four children, including two with Camille and two older daughters from previous relationships.</p>
