		</div><p>All departures and arrivals at San Diego International Airport in California have been stopped.</p>
<p>Police say a gunman has been firing from inside a nearby apartment complex which is under the airport&#8217;s flight path.</p>
<p>Authorities are asking people in the area to stay inside and away from windows.</p>
<p>Police described the gunman as a black man who is 32-years-old, 5 ft 11in, and about 290 pounds with black hair.</p>
