Half a million people infected worldwide as economic toll rises

the country’s governors are defying President Jair Bolsonaro over his call to reopen schools and businesses&comma; dismissing his argument that the &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;cure” of widespread shutdowns is worse than the disease&period;
