  2. Raw spinach with feta cheese is a wonderful vegan option and extremely filling.Ever since going vegan last year, I have never looked back. I eat spinach at least twice a week and this works for me.

  3. I changed my diet since last Christmas and eat more of the super foods. I feel so good and healthy.
