		</div><p>Hillary Clinton had a rough start to her election rally on US Labour Day, battling a stubborn cough.</p>
<p>The Democratic nominee took to the stage in Cleveland coughing uncontrollably, before joking that, &#8220;every time I think about Trump I get allergic&#8221;.</p>
<p>Several people in the crowd began shouting &#8220;get her some water&#8221;.</p>
<p>She battled through the cough and delivered her speech with some difficulty.<br />
Both Mrs Clinton and Donald Trump are in Ohio courting voters in the critical swing state.</p>
