<p>Kate Hudson and her British rock star boyfriend Matt Bellamy have secretly got engaged, according to reports.</p>
<p>The Hollywood star, who is said to be pregnant with Muse frontman Matt&#8217;s baby, jetted into London to host a party for family at a hotel, The Sun said.</p>
<p>A source was quoted as saying: &#8220;It was an intimate party. They kept their engagement secret as they wanted to celebrate with their nearest and dearest before it became public knowledge.&#8221;</p>
<p>Actress Kate, 31, who has a son, Ryder, seven, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, has been dating Matt, 32, for around nine months. </p>
<p>Her mum, Goldie Hawn, is already in Britain and presented an award at the British Comedy awards on Saturday night.</p>
<p>Goldie&#8217;s long-term partner Kurt Russell recently confessed to People about the prospect of becoming a grandfather again: &#8220;I think secretly we&#8217;re all hoping for a girl.&#8221;</p>
