<p>Jack Black has revealed his secret to cultivating a good relationship &#8211; thinking like a gardener.</p>
<p>The Gulliver&#8217;s Travels star, who is married to cellist Tanya Haden, is convinced that green-fingered thinking is the key to success.</p>
<p>&#8220;Being a good husband is like being a gardener. You&#8217;ve got to give your partner lots of water and sunshine &#8211; love and support,&#8221; he told The Sun.</p>
<p>&#8220;Communication is key &#8211; listening and sharing, finding a good TV show to watch together.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s also important to ask for what you want. I have a tendency to do whatever my wife wants, then anger builds up inside me and comes out in little passive-aggressive bursts.&#8221;</p>
<p>Jack, Tanya and their two sons decamped to England while he filmed Gulliver&#8217;s Travels at Pinewood Studios.</p>
<p>The 41-year-old, who plays mailroom clerk Lemuel Gulliver, revealed one of his favourite parts of the stay was getting to sample the food.</p>
<p>He added: &#8220;I love the curries. They have better curries here. I am a sauce man by nature.&#8221;</p>
