		</div><p>Boris Johnson claimed the “paralysed” Parliament will keep “sabotaging” Brexit negotiations as he addressed the Commons.</p>

<p>The British Prime Minster is addressing the House of Commons after it was recalled.</p>
<p>“The people at home know that this Parliament will keep delaying, it will keep sabotaging the negotiations because they don’t want a deal,” the PM told the Commons.</p>
<p>“The truth is that members opposite are living in a fantasy world.</p>
<p>“That somehow they are going to cancel the first referendum and they are going to legislate for a second referendum and Parliament will promise that this time it really, really will respect that vote.”</p>
<p>Yesterday the Supreme Court has ruled that Mr Johnson’s advice to the Queen to suspend the UK Parliament for five weeks was unlawful.</p>

<p>The decision was unanimously made by the 11-judge Supreme Court after Mr Johnson suspended parliament for five weeks ahead of the October 31 Brexit deadline.</p>
<p>Mr Johnson said that he &#8220;strongly disagrees” with the Supreme Court ruling.</p>
