<p>The &#8216;All Day&#8217; rapper hates events which honour musicians, despite the fact he has picked up multiple awards during his career, describing them as &#8220;diminishing returns&#8221;.</p>
<p>He said: &#8220;Absolutely no pleasure in that side of it at all! At a certain point it&#8217;s diminishing returns.&#8221;</p>
<p>The 38-year-old star went on to admit he was &#8220;very upset&#8221; when Beck won the Best Album accolade at the Grammy Awards earlier this year as he believes Beyonce deserved the prize.</p>

<p>Speaking about the incident in February, he said: &#8220;Because of the blatant injustice and behind-the-scenes bulls**t that constantly happens I was very upset.&#8221;</p>
<p>Kanye &#8211; who is set to become a dad for a second time later this year when his wife Kim Kardashian West gives birth &#8211; continued to criticise annual events such as the Grammys for trivialising the careers of hard-working artists by turning the music industry into a &#8220;game&#8221;.</p>
<p>He ranted to Q! magazine: &#8220;It&#8217;s not a game! Our careers and professions are not to be taken lightly. This is very serious, what we do, and we will be respected for it. I got the right to be upset about it.&#8221;</p>
