		</div><p>Kendall Jenner is suing a skincare company for at least $10 million.</p>
<p>The &#8216;Keeping Up With the Kardashians&#8217; star has filed a lawsuit against Cutera Inc, arguing they had used her picture in advertisements for their Laser Genesis treatment without permission.</p>
<p>One print advert quoted Kendall, 20, as saying acne had &#8220;completely ruined&#8221; her self-esteem but receiving the treatment had left her with &#8220;nearly flawless skin&#8221;.</p>
<p>The complaint stated: &#8220;Ms. Jenner&#8217;s actual endorsement for a worldwide campaign such as this would command a fee well into eight figures.</p>
<p>&#8220;Setting aside the monetary value, however, it is Ms. Jenner&#8217;s choice whether or not to commercially endorse another party&#8217;s goods and services. Cutera took that choice away from her.&#8221;</p>
<p>The complaint, which was filed in Los Angeles federal court yesterday (10.02.16), accused Cutera of trademark infringement, false endorsement and violating her right of publicity.<br />
The California-based company have not made a comment on the complaint.</p>
<p>Kendall has previously spoken of how acne affected her self-esteem when she was younger.</p>
<p>She said: &#8220;I had such bad acne when I was younger; I remember it SO well!</p>
