		</div><p>Khloe Kardashian has revealed how she feels awkward promoting her new book while she’s helping estranged husband Lamar Odom recover from a suspected overdose.</p>
<p>“It is very weird to be selling something or telling everybody ‘go buy my book’ when there’s very serious things happening in my life,” Khloe said in an interview with The Associated Press.</p>
<p>“Real life happens and nothing is going to stop. Your work can’t just stop. So we have to learn to juggle it all and still make time for yourself.”</p>
<p>The book, Strong Looks Better Naked, is a self-help manual that chronicles her weight loss and her rebound after her marriage to Lamar collapsed and left her reeling.</p>
<p>“Everything in the book I am living day by day right now,” she said.</p>
<p>Even though they went through divorce proceedings, they are still technically married, and Khloe rushed to his side after the former NBA star was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in October. Lamar is believed to have overdosed on cocaine and other drugs.</p>
<p>Khloe is still very involved in his recovery and said he’s still healing, a process she describes as “day by day”.</p>
<p>Every day I say ‘I’m doing press for the book’. And he’ll just look like, ‘What? What are you talking about?’ And I’ll remind him again. So it’s constantly reminding him, but that’s what we do every day until he gets better. And you know the brain is magical,” she said. “It’s gonna heal in time.”</p>
<p>Khloe, who also launches a talk show called Kocktails With Khloe in January on the FYI network in the US, has kept her sense of humour through all the drama. She jokes about being a “polygamist” since she has maintained her relationship with her boyfriend, NBA’s James Harden, while caring for Lamar.</p>
<p>“It’s a very interesting dynamic that I have going on. It is also just crazy at the same time that I have to explain everything that I do and the choices I’m making when I know the choices I’m making, my boyfriend knows the choices, my family knows the choices,” she said. “You just have to kind of laugh at everything because if you don’t laugh you’re gonna cry. So the answer is start laughing.”</p>
<p>She said communication is the key to her relationship with James.</p>
<p>“If you make someone feel comfortable I think any situation you can work through. But I still respect how he feels and what his boundaries are,” she said. “I’m sure it’s confusing, but we know we’re not confused.”</p>
<p>Khloe dedicated the book, which is a New York Times best-seller, to her famous siblings, her mother and her step-parent, Caitlyn Jenner.</p>
<p>Though they had butted heads on their E! reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she said her relationship with Caitlyn, who she had grown up with as former Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner, is now in a good place.</p>
<p>“Things are so much better with Caitlyn and I and I love her,” said Khloe. “I think it’s just separating the two identities. They are two different people and that’s a beautiful thing. But I think even Bruce, when Bruce was transitioning, I think he thought maybe he would still be Bruce and Caitlyn … Letting that go and just being comfortable that Caitlyn is one person and Bruce is another.”</p>
