<p>Kylie Minogue has revealed that she could adopt or use a surrogate mother to have a child.</p>
<p>The singer, 42, who has been dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso for three years, has previously voiced her concerns that she may not be able to have a baby following her battle with breast cancer.</p>
<p>Asked whether she would ever think about surrogacy or adoption, Minogue told Grazia magazine: &#8220;I do think about them and I would absolutely look into those options because children and family are very important to me. It&#8217;s something in my mind.&#8221;</p>
<p>Kylie, whose sister Dannii had a boy last year, recently said of having a baby: &#8220;I would really love to be a mother, but I just don&#8217;t think it can ever happen.</p>
<p>&#8220;After everything I&#8217;ve been through &#8211; the treatment for breast cancer &#8211; I may not actually be able to conceive.&#8221;</p>
<p>The star, currently performing on her Aphrodite &#8211; Les Folies tour, told Grazia she had no plans to tie the knot with 32-year-old Andres, but added: &#8220;I have a very special man. I might get married, you never know&#8230;&#8221;</p>
