<p>The case against a woman accused of breaking into Lindsay Lohan&#8217;s home has been dismissed.</p>
<p>Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler dismissed the burglary charge against Rachel Lee, saying there was insufficient evidence.</p>
<p>He ruled that the grand jury which indicted Lee was not given enough evidence to support the burglary count.</p>
<p>But he indicated that prosecutors may have enough evidence to support a charge that Lee received a fur coat stolen from the Mean Girls star&#8217;s Hollywood Hills home in August 2009.</p>
<p>The judge noted that no-one positively identified Lee as one of the people seen on surveillance footage.</p>
<p>She still faces charges that she burgled the homes of Paris Hilton and Audrina Patridge.</p>
