Man stabbed to death outside his home in ‘brutal attack’

Moseley&comma; Birmingham just after 10&period;50pm on Sunday night&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The victim&comma; named locally as private hire mini bus driver Sajad Hussain&comma; was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead soon after&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>A police cordon is in place while forensic teams look for clues and detectives have also been going door-to-door&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma; a neighbour said Mr Hussain&comma; known locally as &&num;8220&semi;Saj&&num;8221&semi;&comma; had been having a cigarette outside his home when he was attacked&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The man&comma; who gave his name as Abdul&comma; said&colon; &&num;8220&semi;He always comes home from work and then he has a cigarette outside his house&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;That&&num;8217&semi;s when it happened&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;i><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He added&colon; <i>&&num;8220&semi;He&&num;8217&semi;s lived here about 10 years&comma; I think&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;I&&num;8217&semi;ll say this for him&comma; he&&num;8217&semi;s a working man &&num;8211&semi; he has a mini bus and takes people around and he is always working&comma; every day&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;He goes out to work&comma; comes back&comma; and then this happens&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;It&&num;8217&semi;s such a shock&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;it&&num;8217&semi;s shaken the whole community&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;i><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Throughout the day&comma; white-suited forensics officers have been at the scene and neighbours told how police had been searching under cars for any sign of a weapon or other clues which might lead to the killer&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>A blue scene of crime tent was also up outside the terraced house&comma; where the attack is thought to have happened&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Parked across the street was a Toyota mini bus which is believed to have belonged to the victim&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>A forensic post mortem will take place later on Monday&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Detective Inspector Paul Joyce&comma; from force CID&comma; said&colon; <i>&&num;8220&semi;We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have heard anything which could assist our investigation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;A man has tragically lost his life and we need to establish why he was the target of such a brutal attack&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;We have specialist officers supporting the victim&&num;8217&semi;s family members and we want to help give them answers by catching whoever was responsible&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;i><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>This latest incident is the third fatal stabbing in the West Midlands in 48 hours&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Ryan Passey&comma; a 24-year-old former youth footballer for Stourbridge FC&comma; was stabbed in the chest at a town centre nightclub in the early hours of Sunday and died in hospital&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma;
