		</div><p>With kid&#8217;s half term break starting next week it is time to show them some extra love and care. Whip up some delicious desserts, surprise them with some sweet goodies. Quick and easy recipes, here&#8217;s what you can prepare in a flash for your little dessert lovers.</p>
<p>Indulge in a vegan dessert that is delicious and guilt-free. Also make a Persian inspired chocolate cookie made with nutty and creamy tahini.</p>
<blockquote><p>Chocolate Tahini Cookie</p></blockquote>

<ul>
<li>8 tbsp Unsalted butter</li>
<li>½ cup Tahini</li>
<li>1 cup Granulated sugar</li>
<li>1 Egg</li>
<li>1 Egg yolk</li>
<li>1 tsp Vanilla extract</li>
<li>1 cup All-purpose flour</li>
<li>½ tsp Baking soda</li>
<li>½ tspBaking powder</li>
<li>1 tsp Salt</li>
<li>230g Chocolate chips</li>
<li>A pinch of Fleur de sel</li>
</ul>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Cream the butter, tahini and sugar together on medium speed until light in color and fluffy, for about 5 minutes. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and continue mixing on medium speed for another 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl and combine.</li>
<li>Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix on low until just combined.</li>
<li>Add the chocolate chips and mix them with a rubber spatula.</li>
<li>Make small balls of 30g from the cookie dough and freeze. When ready to bake take out as required.</li>
<li>Heat the oven to 165 degrees C and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.</li>
<li>Space the cookie dough balls at least 3 inches apart to allow them to spread.</li>
<li>Bake for 12-15 minutes until just golden brown around the edges. Sprinkle each with fleur de sel when they come out of the oven.</li>
<li>Allow cooling for 20 minutes on the baking sheet or on a cooling rack.</li>

<blockquote><p>Chocolate Avocado Chia Pudding</p>

<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<ul>
<li>1 ripe Avocado</li>
<li>1/3 cup Organic raw honey or maple syrup</li>
<li>2 ½ tbsp Cocoa powder</li>
<li>3 tbsp Extra virgin coconut oil</li>
<li>1 tsp Vanilla extract</li>
<li>2 tsp Ground chia seeds</li>
<li>1 cup Coconut milk</li>
<li>Garnish- Almond chopped, walnut chopped, cocoa nibs</li>
</ul>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and silky.</li>
<li>Divide pudding into ramekins/cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving allowing chia seeds to thicken.</li>
<li>Sprinkle with chopped almonds, walnuts, cocoa nibs on top before serving.</li>
