<p>Lindsay Lohan will have to wait and see if she will be charged with battery over an alleged skirmish with a Betty Ford Centre rehabilitation technician.</p>
<p>The Riverside County district attorney&#8217;s office wants another investigation before making their decision on the case.</p>
<p>Prosecutors and investigators met and decided that the office&#8217;s investigators will further probe last month&#8217;s alleged incident with rehab worker Dawn Holland, said John Hall, spokesman for the district attorney&#8217;s office.</p>
<p>Li-Lo is accused of tussling with Ms Holland after the 24-year-old actress returned to the rehab centre past curfew on December 12 and refused Ms Holland&#8217;s request to take a breath test.</p>
<p>Police said earlier this month that Lindsay violated her probation and wanted her charged with battery.</p>
<p>A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has said the Mean Girls actress will be jailed if she violates probation.</p>
