		</div><p>A murder probe has been launched after severed legs were found in a bin on an up-market street in Rome, while a head and torso were discovered in refuse elsewhere in the Italian capital.</p>
<p>Officers are questioning the brother of the suspected victim after the discovery of a woman&#8217;s remains.<br />
A woman alerted police on Tuesday evening after spotting the legs as she rummaged through the bin.</p>
<p>She is reportedly in shock after the grisly discovery. Media reports said CCTV footage from a nearby shop on Monday night recorded a man throwing something into the rubbish bin where the legs were found.</p>
<p>Officers held up a white sheet near one bin on Wednesday to block the view of onlookers.</p>
