they have never been popular with young children&period; I remember as a young girl picking out the mushrooms from my meals when no one was looking at the dinner table but as I grew older I started enjoying mushroom soups with salads for lunches&period;   1. I have always enjoyed mixing mushrooms with my veggies and salads, never knew it reduces blood pressure.

  2. It’s so easy to overlook mushrooms and realise they are actually very healthy. I should start eating more mushrooms now.
