		</div><p>One of Nelson Mandela’s grandsons has appeared in a South African court on a rape charge.</p>
<p>A judge will decide whether Mbuso Mandela will be granted bail. The 24-year-old is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl.</p>
<p>Members of the Mandela family were in the cramped courtroom in Johannesburg as Mbuso Mandela appeared in court for the second time this week.</p>
<p>According to South African law, due to the seriousness of the charge, his defence lawyers will have to present evidence to support Mbuso Mandela’s release on bail.</p>
<p>Mbuso Mandela has been in police custody since his arrest on Saturday.<br />
Police said the alleged rape took place at a restaurant in Greenside, a Johannesburg suburb, on August 7.</p>
