  1. I keep paying for gyms and use manage to use it for the first few months before getting bored.I am now spending more time for yoga

  2. Started my morning jogs and if I can pull that of this January, then i have made progressed.

  3. I never make any resolutions and jogging has done wonders for me and my dog enjoys this with me

  4. The whole of December last year, I tried regular meditation and ate plenty of sushi and honestly feel so great. This is going to be my constant new me for this new year

  5. Just making a fresh start too, moved to London from California and would like to know a safe place to jog in the mornings. Any great ideas?

  7. I see daily mail movers are migrating here. Getting the friday feeling and it’s great to be back at work this year. My new me is is to go vegan

  10. I am always wanting to lose weight and you know it’s been so tough so I just sticking to more vegetables. I agree with you just living healthy will suit me because i still end up doing the same things.

  14. Debs you will be pleased to know that I have not broken any resolutions yet. For all you readers out there, gym membership is so low now so you should not worry about signing up and not turning up.

  15. Smoking is my main vice and I already broke my resolution weeks ago. It never works for me, so I never bother anymore
