		</div><p>A crisis meeting of EU justice and interior ministers has ended without agreement on proposals to relocate an extra 120,000 refugees throughout Europe.</p>
<p>The meeting formally agreed to earlier proposals to relocate 40,000 people from Italy and Greece.</p>
<p>However, the ministers could not reach a deal on a bigger relocation agreement.</p>
<p>It is thought the ministers will meet again next week for further talks.</p>
<p>EU Commission Vice-President Frans Timmermans says Europe has to do more to help refugees: &#8220;Europe will need to go out there where refugees are to identify people who would be eligible for resettlement in Europe.</p>
<p>&#8220;This needs to be done, much more than in the past, the numbers today are much too small.”</p>
