		</div><p>Austria is just bringing in temporary controls along its border with Hungary to stop the flow of migrants into western Europe.</p>
<p>More than 170 people have been arrested in the 24 hours since Hungary put up a giant razor-wire fence along its Serbian border.</p>
<p>US President Obama, who&#8217;s been meeting with the King of Spain, says European countries and the US need to co-operate to deal with the migration crisis: &#8220;We have discussed how we can complete and strengthen that co-operation.</p>
<p>&#8220;I discussed the fact that the United States feels it is important for us to also take our share of Syrian refugees, as part of this overall humanitarian effort.&#8221;</p>
