		</div><p>Police in Turkey have detained 13 people in connection with the deadly suicide attack on Istanbul&#8217;s Ataturk Airport.</p>
<p>Three foreign nationals are among the group of suspects detained in Istanbul on Thursday, the Anadolu Agency said, after police conducted simultaneous raids at 16 locations in the city.</p>
<p>The gun and bomb attack on the airport on Tuesday night left 42 people dead and more than 230 others injured.</p>
<p>In a separate operation in the coastal city of Izmir, nine suspects linked to the Islamic State group were detained during a large-scale police operation.</p>
<p>The raids unfolded simultaneously in the neighbourhoods of Konak, Bucak, Karabaglar and Bornova.</p>
<p>Police said they found three hunting rifles and documents relating to the Islamic State group, which has been blamed by Turkish officials for the airport attack</p>
