		</div><p>Two Polish police officers have arrived on the streets of Essex in a bid to allay fears about a suspected rise in hate crime.</p>
<p>The officers were sent to Harlow to reassure members of the Polish community after Arkadiusz Jozwik was killed in the area last month.</p>
<p>Police are treating the attack as possibly racially aggravated.</p>
<p>It is understood that the officers will not have police powers and will be there in a community-support role.</p>
<p>The Essex town has a large Polish population.</p>
<p>Attacks and crimes committed against Poles have been on the rise since Britain’s vote to leave the EU in June? </p>
