		</div><p>An ex-fiancee of Charlie Sheen is suing the actor claiming he did not disclose he was HIV positive until after they had sex several times.</p>
<p>The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Scottine Ross, states she and Sheen, 50, had sex five times before she learned he was HIV positive.</p>
<p>The Two And A Half Men star disclosed he was HIV positive on the Today show last month.</p>
<p>Ross, a porn star who performed under the name Brett Rossi, first met Sheen in November 2013 and agreed to have sex with the actor. They got engaged in 2014.</p>
<p>Sheen’s lawyer Marty Singer said the actor would contest the suit vigorously and had numerous witnesses who will dispute Ross’ claims.</p>
