players must practise social distancing at all times&comma; the league said&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Players and managers&comma; including Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling&comma; have insisted adequate time must be factored in between the resumption of regular contact training and any season start date&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Masters says the widely reported start date of June 12 has only ever been a &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;<i>staging post”<&sol;i> and a more definitive restart date can be set only once contact training protocols have been approved&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><i>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;June 12 was a staging post&semi;
