		</div><p>RAF fighter jets have targeted another oilfield during their second combat mission in Syria.</p>
<p>Typhoons were used for the first time since Britain launched airstrikes against Islamic State in the country.</p>
<p>The aircraft took off from RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus last night in an effort to cut off the financial supply to IS.</p>
<p>Defence Secretary Michael Fallon has been visiting the airbase: “That’s a pretty impressive achievement I mean they only arrived here the previous day, a long flight down from Scotland.</p>
<p>“They were in action straight away on Friday night and successful, we believe, in striking that particular target.”</p>
